The rebate was announced on 15 September 2026, as reported by paultan.org and SoyaCincau. It sits on top of an earlier RM6,500 special rebate, so total savings from the June 2026 list price reach RM16,500.
What is the Perodua QV-E price after the rebate?
After the RM10,000 rebate, the Perodua QV-E costs RM53,499 under BaaS, where you lease the battery from Perodua for RM215 a month, or RM77,499 under full purchase, where you own both car and battery outright. Both prices include the earlier RM6,500 rebate.

Should I choose BaaS or full purchase?
Choose BaaS if you want the lowest entry price and a guaranteed battery for nine years. Choose full purchase if you prefer owning the whole car with no monthly battery fee. Over nine years, total costs are very close: about RM76,719 for BaaS against RM77,499 for full purchase.

BaaS suits you if you want a smaller loan, drive long distances every year or prefer Perodua to carry battery risk. Full purchase suits you if you dislike ongoing fees or plan to keep the car beyond nine years.

What do you get with the Perodua QV-E?
The QV-E is a five seat electric SUV with a 204 PS motor, 285 Nm of torque and up to 370 km of WLTP range. Its 52.5 kWh LFP battery from CATL charges from 30 to 80 percent in about 30 minutes on a 60 kW DC fast charger.

Did early QV-E buyers get a refund?
Yes, according to owner reports. Perodua said in June 2026 that existing BaaS customers would have their monthly battery fee reduced to RM215. One April 2026 buyer reported receiving RM16,501, the gap between the launch price and the later promotional price, without filing a complaint.
The refund was reported by paultan.org and Carlist.my. Perodua has not published a formal price protection policy, so treat this as a goodwill gesture rather than a guarantee.
How do I claim the QV-E rebate?
The rebate is applied directly to your booking price, so there is no separate claim form. Book your QV-E through an authorised Perodua sales advisor, choose BaaS or full purchase, and submit your loan documents. The rebated price appears on your sales order.
